Integrating wire cutting, torch cleaning, and anti-spatter spray functions into a compact two-station design, the CRS-Q robot torch cleaner provides a reliable solution for automated MIG welding applications.
Built with a durable and reinforced structure, the wire cutting device utilizes a powerful pneumatic drive system and high-strength cutting blades to deliver reliable cutting performance, even when processing thick and hard welding wires. This ensures smooth wire feeding and minimizes welding interruptions during automated production.
The torch cleaning device features an adjustable clamping mechanism capable of accommodating various welding nozzle sizes without replacing clamping blocks. Interchangeable reamers allow compatibility with different welding torch models, while the specially designed reamer structure effectively removes welding spatter, reducing tool jamming and ensuring thorough cleaning performance.
The integrated anti-spatter spray system applies anti-spatter liquid directly through the center axis of the nozzle, ensuring uniform coverage and eliminating spray dead zones.
