400A 500A Water Cooled MIG Welding Torch series, including the 400 and 500 models, is engineered for extreme industrial environments requiring a 100% duty cycle at high current outputs. The 500A model delivers a robust 500Amp (CO2) or 400Amp (MIX), while the 400A model provides a consistent 400Amp (CO2) or 350Amp (MIX), ensuring zero downtime during continuous heavy-duty welding. This professional water-cooled cooling system features a high-efficiency internal radiator and hose design that maintains optimal thermal management of the contact tip and nozzle, providing maximum arc stability and high-purity shielding for 0.8mm to 1.6mm industrial welding wires.

The 401 MIG torch is rated at 400A with CO₂ shielding gas and 350A with mixed gas at a 100% duty cycle, supporting Φ0.8–1.2mm welding wire. The 501 MIG torch delivers up to 500A with CO₂ and 450A with mixed gas at a 100% duty cycle, supporting Φ1.0–1.6mm welding wire for heavier welding applications.

Equipped with a standard Euro connector, the 400/500 MIG welding torches are compatible with most MIG/MAG welding machines and support a complete range of 400 500 consumables, including contact tips, gas nozzles, tip holders, gas diffusers, torch necks, and liners.
