The AWX50 Series 500A Small Nozzle 2 Circuit Robotic Welding Torch is a specialized robotic welding torch designed for high-precision welding in narrow and confined spaces. Featuring a small nozzle compact design, the AWX50 robotic welding torch significantly reduces nozzle length compared to standard torches, enabling welding operations in extremely tight spaces as narrow as 70–75mm. This makes it ideal for complex welding positions where traditional torches cannot operate efficiently.

Equipped with an advanced 2-circuit water cooling system, the torch ensures efficient heat dissipation even under high-current pulsed welding conditions. It can operate continuously under loads up to 420A high current pulse welding, providing excellent thermal stability and long service life for consumables and torch components.

The integrated anti-collision protection system offers high sensitivity, precise reset performance, and reliable safety protection for robotic welding systems, effectively reducing equipment damage and downtime.
