The digital display panel offers precise parameter control, easy adjustments, and clear real-time data visibility. Operators can quickly set Voltage and Current, reducing errors and improving welding consistency for higher-quality, repeatable results across different materials and thicknesses.
Powerful cooling fan improves heat dissipation, protecting internal components from overheating. This ensures stable welding performance, extends machine lifespan, and allows longer continuous operation without thermal shutdown, especially when working on high-amperage or demanding applications.
Double Pulse MIG welding ensures smooth arc performance and excellent weld appearance. It creates uniform, ripple-free seams with minimal spatter, reducing the need for post-weld cleaning and increasing the safety of operators. This makes it ideal for visible joints and high-quality aluminum fabrication.
Explanation of installation
MIG/MAG welding
Put the switch “7” MMA/CO2/PMIG/DPMIG SWITCH into “PMIG,” “DPMIG,” or “CO2.”
★ Check the products according to the packing list when opening the package.
★ Grounded protection.
The power source is 380~415Vac/(50~60Hz). The yellow/green double cable is a grounding cable. Be sure to connect the yellow/green double cable to the grounding connection in the welding locale. Another way is selecting the M8 bolt on the back of the machine and connecting the grounding as the diagram as following.
★Install the welding gun on the front panel and screw the welding gun, then lock the bolt.
★ Connect the gas pipe with the gas bottle according to the local conditions. Check the airproof conditions to ensure good airproof.
