Rated at 380A with CO₂ shielding gas and 360A with mixed gas at a 60% duty cycle, the 40KD MIG torch delivers powerful and stable welding performance, smooth wire feeding, and outstanding arc stability for continuous production environments.
Designed with an efficient gas-cooled (air-cooled) system, the 40KD welding torch eliminates the need for an external water cooling unit, reducing maintenance costs while maintaining excellent thermal performance. The ergonomic handle and flexible cable assembly provide superior comfort and maneuverability, minimizing operator fatigue during long welding sessions.
Supporting Φ1.0–2.4mm welding wire, the 40KD MIG welding gun is ideal for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and low-alloy steel using both solid and flux-cored wires.
