The copper-coated jointed gouging carbon rods are designed for efficient metal removal, weld defect repair, and groove preparation in arc gouging applications. These graphite arc gouging electrodes feature a hollow type structure that provides stable arc performance, smooth gouging action, and high conductivity during welding and cutting operations.

Made from high-quality graphite with durable copper coating, the arc gouging carbon electrodes offer excellent heat resistance, reduced consumption, and reliable performance. They are widely used in steel fabrication, foundries, shipbuilding, and industrial maintenance for gouging, cutting, and weld seam removal.

A Jointable hollow Gouging Carbon Rods used for arc gouging includes one or more hollow carbon rods jointed together end-to-end. The hollow design allows the electric current to be directed to and concentrated on the outside diameter of the rod. This allows for a more efficient removal of metal, resulting in significantly faster material removal. Since the rods are jointable, the arc gouging process can continue for a longer period of time.
